The 1800 Atlantic Condominium Association, Inc. is a 168-unit community located at 1800 Atlantic Blvd., Key West, FL.

The Association was established in 1980 and is one of the most beautiful properties in the Lower Keys. Our community boasts three tennis courts, two hard and one clay, a beautiful clubhouse-community center, serene courtyard gardens, a picnic area, and a 25,000-gallon Olympic style pool. We are located directly on the Atlantic with a private sand beach. 

This is a pet-friendly community for owners and long-term rentals only. There is a short-term rental policy for those who wish to enjoy from a three-night stay to a week or more! Anyone inquiring about rentals should contact a local rental agency.
